• Step 8A: We have to finalize the script. Exterior events which you can see outside of the bars are traffics, flying debris, asteroids, etc... If you want to do that, you have to make another .thn script. This is it for making bars only. So simply click on the button below, copy ([Control]+C) the script, and then paste ([Control]+V) this part right after the other part 7.
Step #8: Events (mandatory)

  • Step 8B: look at the following code at the end of your script:

       },   ¬¬¬¬
       }

       events={
       }

       after you paste the above code from the text box,
       you'll see an extra comma before the events paragraph. See the red arrow ¬¬¬¬.
       Delete that extra comma. If you forget, it's OK.
       But if the game crashes, then you should delete that extra comma.

  • Step 8C: Now save the file as "bar01.thn" in the folder Freelancer Mod Manager\mods\1barmaker\data\scripts\bases\

  • Step 8D: To test this bar in Pittsburgh, just edit the file Freelancer Mod Manager\mods\1barmaker\10newbar.xml
       - Make sure that the script is set to: set_script = Scripts\Bases\bar01.thn
       - in this case, it's already set up for planet Pittsburgh.

  • Step 8E: Use FLScan version 1.3 to scan the bar01.thn for any error. Thanks to Accushot.
       - That's it. Now fly to planet Pittsburgh and enter the bar.
